1) RECIPIENTS OF THE CARD
The Loyalty Card is intended exclusively for Colella Group srl customers.
2) WHAT IS THE LOYALTY CARD
The Spada Roma Fidelity Card allows the Owner to participate in loyalty programs and in particular in all campaigns (point collections, prepaid credits, subscriptions, repeat purchases, discount campaigns) promoted by the Issuer. The discount campaigns cannot be combined with other promotions in progress.
The Charter is nominative. The Cardholder has the right to only one Card and is required to use it exclusively for private and non-commercial use.
3) RELEASE OF THE CARD
The Card is issued completely free of charge, after correctly and completely filling in the subscription form. Failure, incomplete or untruthful completion of the form will make it impossible to issue or revoke the Card itself. The Data Controller also undertakes to notify the Issuer of any changes in his personal data.
The data provided by the Data Controller will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 "Privacy Code"), as specified in the specific information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2010 n. 196.
4) USE OF THE CARD
To take advantage of the benefits associated with the Card in physical stores, it is necessary to present the same at the time of payment for the services / products purchased from the Issuer. 5) LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, HANDLING, COUNTERFEIT OR FAILURE OF THE CARD
In the event of loss, damage or theft of the Card, the Cardholder is required to promptly notify the Issuer, who, after verifying the Cardholder's identification data, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Card with a new one and to credit this card. last, in the necessary technical time, all the accumulated and unused benefits.
The Issuer reserves the right to verify the validity of the cards presented and to refuse those that are counterfeit or otherwise subject to manipulation.
The Issuer is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or abusive use of the Card.
The Issuer is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, related to malfunctions of the Card and of the systems for its management that are not dependent on its will. However, the Issuer undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee the Owners the recovery of any accumulated and unused benefits.
6) RETURN OF THE CARD
The Cardholder can, at any time, return his card to the Issuer.
The return implies the renunciation of any accumulated and unused benefits.
7) VALIDITY AND REVOCATION OF THE CARD
The Card does not expire, but the Issuer reserves the right to revoke it at any time and without notice, in the event that the same is not used for a period exceeding 12 months, or if it is used fraudulently. o incorrect or harmful to the Issuer or in any case in case of use in violation of these regulations.
The revocation involves the cancellation of the Card and the cancellation of any accumulated and unused benefits. The Issuer reserves the right to request the return of any benefits acquired illegally (points, rewards, discounts, other), as well as to take any legal action against the Owner.
Signing the Card implies acceptance of the conditions set out in these Regulations.
