We ship to multiple countries. Available shipping options may vary depending on the destination country and the items in your cart.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination (country/region) and the order details (such as weight/volume and total value, when applicable).

You will always see the final shipping price before completing payment.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, product launches, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may take longer.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown during checkout and/or in your order confirmation.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link (when available).

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Shipping restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination (e.g., carrier limitations). In such cases, available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Lost / delayed packages

In case the parcel is received in non-compliant conditions (such as non-SPADA branded tape, damaged or wet packaging, or any other irregularities), please accept the delivery with reservation.Delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues, peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your tracking has not updated for a prolonged period, contact us and we’ll assist you.
