Keeping our promise is important to us, but due to the ongoing health emergency delivery times may be longer than expected.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping costs cost € 7, with the exception of orders over € 100, for which shipping is free. However, free shipping may vary during promotional periods.

When will I receive my package?

Spada Roma guarantees delivery within 3/5 working days * for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00. For the islands, delivery may take an additional two days. Delivery may be delayed during"Promo"periods.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. After two delivery attempts, the package will be sent to our warehouse **.
In the presence of a non-delivery notice, contact TNT at the reference office.
We recommend that you choose an address at which it is easy to find. It will not be possible to change the address after the order has been completed.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times. It is not possible to indicate the delivery time. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours.

Has my order been shipped?

After sending your package we will send you the confirmation by email with the tracking number of our courier.

What do i do in case of a damaged package?

In the event that the courier delivers a package that is damaged, wet or open, please accept it only with reserve, specifying on the waybill before affixing your signature the reasons for the reservation (e.g. open package, wet package ...).

Can you ship multiple orders in one shipment?

If you complete your order and later buy other items online, you should be aware that these are different orders that cannot be merged. You will have to bear the shipping costs of both.
