How can I make a return?

Attention:before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

The shipping costs of the return are charged to the customer, as well as the choice of the carrier.
The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same way you made the purchase.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned at your expense and the refund will not be made.

Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that the time it takes to see the refund on your account depends on the card issuer.
