Refund policy
You can decide to return any product purchased online by 15 days since you received them.
How can I make the return?
Attention: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
The return costs €15 which will be deducted from the refund.
The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.
In case of returns from non-EU countries, when filling in the customs declaration forms (CN22 and / or CN23) it is necessary to indicate "Returned goods – Failed sale" and attach them to the outside of the package. Please carefully follow the return procedure described on this page (our customer service remains available for any doubts or questions) as if duties / customs charges are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any additional expenses always borne by the sender).
1. ENTER YOUR ORDER / TRACKING NUMBER

2. PREPARE THE PARCEL
We will send you an email containing the label to be printed and applied to the parcel to be returned. You will take it to the closest pick-up point.
3. GET YOUR REFUND
After having received and verified your return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same way in which you made the purchase, the €15 amount will be retained.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back at your expense and the refund will not be made.
Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer. (2-5 business days)
