You may return any product purchased online within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return an item?
Important: before requesting a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, and free from stains, damage, or signs of use.

Returns from Italy cost €7, which will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from within the European Union cost €15, which will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from outside the European Union cost €20, which will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of a return, the refund amount will also be reduced by any customs duties and import taxes actually incurred.
For items returned without original packaging or showing clear signs of mishandling, a €2 handling fee will be applied for reconditioning the product before it can be resold.
Items returned without original tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at our expense.

Returning an item to Spada Roma is simple:

You will receive an email with all the instructions to ship the package.
Returned items must be intact, unworn, and sent back with original tags and packaging.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are not available. You may only proceed with a return, selecting either a refund or an online store credit, which can be used freely on the website to purchase the correct size or a different product, without restrictions.
Once the return has been approved (items must be in perfect condition with internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
The refund will be processed within 2–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Gift Cards
Spada Roma Gift Cards purchased online cannot be used in physical stores and are non-refundable.
