You can decide to return any product purchased online by 30 days since you received them.
How can I make the return?
Attention: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
The return costs €20 which will be deducted from the refund.
The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.
In case of returns from non-EU countries, please note that both shipping costs and customs duties are on the client, so as soon as we receive the items we provide to refund the amount decting from it the customs duties that we pay in advance in order to accept the parcel.
Making a return with Spada Roma is quick and simple:

Enter your order number and email address.

Fill out the form and submit your request.

You will receive all shipping instructions by email.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Please note: size exchanges are not available. You may return the item and place a new order if needed.
After having received and verified your return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same way in which you made the purchase, the €20 amount will be retained.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back at your expense and the refund will not be made.
Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer. (2-5 business days)
GIFT CARDS
Spada Roma Gift Cards purchased online cannot be spent in our stores and are non-refundable.
